We hold a significant investment in Springtide Capital, a mortgage broker which helps its customers access highly competitive mortgage rates and assists them through the complex process of obtaining a mortgage. Almost 40% of Springtide’s customers are referrals from Mercantile’s estate agency business, Chestertons.
